Combining prayers when travelling for work

I travel about 90 minutes each way for work, three days a week. That's under the usual distance threshold, so I assume I'm not a traveller in the fiqh sense — but the days are long and I often can't pray Asr on time.

Is there a recognised position that accommodates this, or is the honest answer that I need to find a way to pray at work?
